BirthdayView

What BirthdayView can do

Manage contacts

Keep a birthday list for friends, family, and colleagues. Each contact can include first and last name, nickname, email, company, birthday, notes, and comma-separated tags such as friend, family, or coworker.

Mark a contact active so they appear in birthday reminders, or inactive to leave them in the list without reminders.

Plan celebrations

The dashboard shows upcoming birthdays in the next 30 days. Plans let you walk through a year and mark each contact as not planned, planning, planned, or skipped, then move to the previous or next year.

Share birthday cards

Create a card with a title, optional display name, and a Markdown message. Attach photos or videos, then share a public link such as my.birthdayview.com/card/<slug>. Optional password protection keeps a card private to people who have the password. Recipients can leave birthday wishes when comments are enabled.

Import and export

Upload a CSV to add or update many contacts at once, export your list, or download the template. Birthdays can be MM/DD or a full date. Contact IDs from an export can be reused to update existing people.
